GLM Safety Consulting LLC was founded on a simple principle: effective safety leadership requires both field experience and enterprise-level compliance expertise.
My professional journey began in Texas City, Texas, working in refineries, chemical plants, and power generation facilities along the Gulf Coast. In the early 2000s, I worked as a Boilermaker and Pipefitter Helper, gaining firsthand exposure to high risk industrial environments, complex work scopes, and the operational pressures faced by skilled trades.
That foundation continues to inform how I approach safety today — with practicality, respect for production demands, and a strong understanding of real-world jobsite dynamics.
Education & Professional Credentials
In 2010, I completed the Occupational Health & Safety Technology (OHST) program at College of the Mainland, formally transitioning into the safety profession.
While advancing professionally, I earned my Bachelor’s degree from Columbia Southern University in 2019. In 2022, I achieved the Certified Safety Professional (CSP) designation through the Board of Certified Safety Professionals, one of the most respected credentials in the global safety profession.
These qualifications reflect a sustained commitment to regulatory expertise, operational leadership, and continuous professional development.
Enterprise Contractor Compliance Leadership
The Data Center industry continues to expand and evolve. I remain committed to advancing my expertise to meet the demands of this rapidly growing sector
During my tenure:
- Conducted 10,000+ contractor safety and health compliance audits
- Evaluated written safety programs, training matrices, OSHA logs, EMR/TRIR metrics, and regulatory compliance documentation
- Identified systemic compliance gaps and developed corrective action strategies
- Built and led a global team of Safety Professionals and Associates
- Supported contractors and suppliers in meeting rigorous client prequalification requirements prior to site access
This experience provided direct insight into enterprise risk standards and the operational challenges contractors encounter when working within highly regulated client environments.
I understand both perspectives — owner-level compliance expectations and contractor-level execution realities — and specialize in aligning the two effectively.
Data Center Specialization
In 2024, I transitioned into full-time independent consulting and established GLM Safety Consulting LLC, with a dedicated focus on Data Center construction, commissioning, and operational environments.
My project exposure spans:

- Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) installation
- Energization and commissioning phases
- Cable installation and management within live data halls
- Enterprise and colocation data center environments
